Cholesterol is a fatty substance which produces by the liver. Cholesterol is essential becuase it contribute to rebuild the cells. But, when you eat fatty foods, you ingest more cholesterol in your body which can cause to cardaic diseases. Therefore, cholesterol is lifline for normal body functioning, it is even more essential for keeping the cholesterol levels within the normal range.

    , causes and treatment

Blood make all cholesterol itself which are essential for human body. Cholesterol is available in food items we get from animal sources, such as egg yolk, meat, and cheese.

If you have higher amount of cholesterol in your blood, it can combine with other substances in the blood to form plaque. Plaque have the ability to sticks to the walls of your arteries and this prograssive buildup of plaque is called atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis leads to coronary artery disease, where your coronary arteries become narrow or even blocked.

    TYPES OF CHOLESTEROL

    1. HDL stands for high density lipoprotein

    2. LDL stands for low density lipoprotein

    3. VLDL stands for very low density lipoprotein

HDL, LDL, and VLDL all are lipoproteins. Lipoproteins are composite items made of  lipid and protein. The lipids need to be attached to the proteins so they can travel through the blood and perform different functions.

    HDL

They are high-density lipoprotein and accepted as "good" cholesterol because they transport cholesterol from other parts of human body back into liver and liver then perform as washing machine, it removes the cholesterol from your body.

    LDL

The trem LDL is for low density lipoprotein. LDL are not "good" cholesterol because a rich volume of LDL in blood can make plaque in arteries. LDL are required below 70 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl).

    VLDL

We call VLDL as very low density lipoprotein. VLDL sometimes also known as "bad" cholesterol because it helpout the buildup of plaque in your arteries. There is a clear different between  VLDL and LDL. VLDL is a work as a vehicle and mainly carries triglycerides while LDL mainly carries cholesterol.

WHAT LEVEL OF LDL REQUIRES IN YOUR BLOOD?

A person who have plaque in their arteries or who have other factors that put them at risk for cardiovascular disease, doctors thinks a normal LDL level well less than or equal to 70 mg/dl. If someones LDL are high or above 190 mg/dl, the instruction is to get this level down immediately underneath 100 mg/dl. A patient of high cholesterol have aged between 40 to 75 who suffer from diabetes and whose LDL is at 70 or above may need a proper attention.

    HOW TO DIAGNOSIS CHOLESTEROL?

There are no clear signs and symptoms that your doctor dignisis high cholesterol level in you. However, the best way to diagnosis them is blood test. The question is that when and how you do this test?
It will be decided by your doctor according to your age, risk factors, and family history.

The main reason of high cholesterol is unhealthy eating habits. If you avoid balanced diet and eating lots of bad fats, meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked items, fried goods and fast  food and these fats are part of your dining table, you will raise your LDL (bad) cholesterol.
